Due to the personalized nature of many of our products, custom or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error on our part.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If a return is made, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, & returned within 7 days of return approval by us. ANY RETURNS NOT APPROVED BY US WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs depending on nature of the error.
