RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Designed by Faith, each item is made with care & customized just for you. Because of this, we have the following return & refund guidelines.

We pride ourselves on the quality and uniqueness of our custom-made products. Please review our policy below for information regarding returns or refunds.


CUSTOM ORDERS

Due to the personalized nature of many of our products, custom or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error on our part.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We kindly ask that you inspect your custom tumbler upon arrival. Please contact us at info@designedbyfaith26.com within 3 days of receiving your order to report any issues such as damaged, defective, or incorrect items. This allows us to address any problems promptly.

Please include your order numberdescription of issue being presented, & clear photos of the item(s)packaging.


RETURNS

If a return is made, the item must be unusedin its original packaging, & returned within 7 days of return approval by us. ANY RETURNS NOT APPROVED BY US WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs depending on nature of the error.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received & inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. IF APPROVED, REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD WITHIN 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS.


ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may only be cancelled within 24-48 hours of purchase. AFTER PRODUCTION BEGINS, ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED. 
Order production time is 7-10 days before it is shipped.
